Common questions
From how many room nights a year does an agreement make sense?
From around 50 nights a year an agreement starts paying for itself, especially when stays run several weeks. Below that you can book direct without an agreement and move over later.
Can you house several people in the same building?
Yes. In Guadalajara we run several units inside the same building, which lets a whole team stay with the same arrival and departure logistics.
What happens if the project dates change?
Agreements allow for movable dates — in implementation projects that is the norm, not the exception. The change terms are written into the agreement.
Do you serve foreign companies with no Mexican entity?
Yes. Contracting and invoicing go through Hey Alfred Corp., incorporated in California, and we issue CFDI invoices when the operation calls for it.
