Privacy Notice
Hey Alfred Corp., a company incorporated in the State of California, United States, trading as Hey Alfred, is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Although we are a U.S. entity, we process data from guests domiciled in Mexico in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
1. What data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly when booking, filling out a form or contacting us: name, email, phone, company, department, city of interest and stay dates. To complete a booking, our booking engine additionally collects the billing and payment data required.
2. Sensitive data
We do not collect sensitive personal data. Should it ever become necessary, we will request your express written consent.
3. How we use it
Primary purposes, necessary for the relationship: managing your booking or request, issuing invoices, coordinating check-in and your stay, and supporting you during and after the service. Secondary purposes, which you may refuse without affecting the service: sending promotions, satisfaction surveys and commercial communications.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with those necessary to deliver the service: our booking management system (Hostaway), payment processors, electronic invoicing providers and, where applicable, the property owner or the transport and event vendors you contract. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.
5. Your ARCO rights
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent. Send your request to contacto@heyalfred.mx stating your full name, the right you are exercising and a contact method. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This site and our booking engine use cookies to remember your preferences, keep your booking session active and measure site usage. You can disable them in your browser, but some features — such as completing a booking — may stop working.
7. International transfers
Some of our technology providers host information outside Mexico. By using our services you accept this transfer, carried out under the security measures required by applicable regulations.
