Relocation
Staff relocation without improvising
The bridge between the day they land and the day they sign a lease.
Relocating someone to another city leaves a gap almost nobody plans for: the weeks between landing and finding somewhere to live. House hunting takes time, signing a lease in Mexico requires a guarantor and paperwork, and furnishing from scratch takes longer than anyone estimates.
That gap usually gets filled with a hotel stay that keeps extending, or a lease signed in a hurry that turns out to be wrong. Both are expensive: the first in money, the second in an unhappy employee for a year.
A furnished apartment for one to six months bridges it. The person arrives somewhere they can cook, work and host family from day one, and looks for a permanent home calmly, already knowing the city.
There is a second effect that rarely shows up in the relocation budget: someone living out of a suitcase in a hotel room takes longer to settle in, and a relocation that goes badly in the first month tends to be remembered for the rest of the assignment. The first weeks are when the person decides whether the move was a good idea.
Relocation
What it includes
Arrive with a suitcase
A stocked kitchen, bedding, a washing machine and utensils. Nothing to buy to get through the first week.
From one month to six
A monthly rate, without the rigidity of a lease or the friction of renewing night by night.
No guarantor, no credit check
No guarantor, no co-signer, no Mexican credit history. For someone who just arrived in the country, that is usually the blocker.
Someone who knows the city
The bilingual concierge helps with what maps don’t show: where the good supermarket is, which area suits their commute.
Family and pets welcome
Several units accept pets and have room for a family. The terms that apply are shown on each property page.
Billed to the company
The stay is invoiced to the employer with a CFDI, not to the employee. One less thing to expense.
FAQ
Common questions
How long is a typical relocation stay?
Most run between one and three months — the time it takes to find a home and sign. Stays of 30 days or more get the monthly rate.
Can it be extended if the search takes longer?
Yes, subject to the unit’s availability. Give us a few weeks’ notice so we can hold it.
Can you house the whole family?
Yes. Units range from one to three bedrooms; the range available is shown on each building’s page.
Can a company sign for several employees at once?
Yes. Under a corporate agreement one company can have several stays running at the same time with consolidated invoicing.
