Hey Alfred is a corporate hospitality company in Mexico. We manage furnished apartments, sign agreements with companies that move people into the country repeatedly, and organise events — offsites, launches and destination weddings — in the cities where we operate.
The business rests on three things that are usually kept apart: the apartment inventory, the corporate relationship that fixes rates and terms for the year, and the on-the-ground operation that handles transfers, check-ins and whatever comes up during a stay. Holding them together is what lets a company deal with a single point of contact.
We operate in Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos, with Mazatlán, Monterrey, León and Querétaro in the process of opening. We are members of Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy and of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.
Most of our guests come through a company. Engineering teams on nearshoring projects, staff being relocated, consultants on long assignments, and groups arriving for an offsite or a destination wedding. Nearly all of them travel between the United States and Mexico, which is why everything we do works in both languages and why contracting and invoicing are set up for both sides of the border.

Is Hey Alfred the same as Alfred or Hello Alfred?
No. Hey Alfred is a Mexican corporate hospitality and furnished-apartment company. It has no connection to Alfred or Hello Alfred, the U.S. residential management platform.
Which cities do you operate in?
Guadalajara, Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos with active inventory. Mazatlán, Monterrey, León and Querétaro are in the process of opening.
Do you only serve companies?
No. The agreements are for companies, but any guest can book the same properties directly.
